For the American Heart Association, November is Eat Smart Month.

I'd figure November would be a hard month to eat healthy because of Thanksgiving and Christmas coming after that. But I guess that's the point. Their website had a lot of tips about how to eat healthy during the holidays.
You can subscribe to get a daily text that gives tips.
Spice it up. You can add more herbs and spices to add flavor to your food instead of using salt.
Choose nutritious snacks. They have a link to and article about Good Mood Foods. Some suggestions are fruits and vegetable, Omega 3 fatty acids (fish and nut oils) and CHOCOLATE!!!!
This reminded me of the Blue Zones Project here in Hawaii. We used to see them at some events around town. I'd play a trivia game about health and I got an apple or a banana. I remember at Tiger Trek one year they brought a bike that made smoothies. You had to peddle to make the blender to work. The smoothie was awesome.
