Today is International Left-Handers Day.
According to NationalDayCalendar.com, 10% of people in the world are left-handed. My brother is left handed. He's the only one in my family who is left handed. My mom said my grandpa was left handed. That's kind of weird because my brother is named after my grandpa.
The website said that parents used to try and force kids who were left handed to try to use their right hand because people used to think it was evil. They don't do that anymore.
Some famous left handed people include some presidents. Some of them are Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and Gerald Ford.
