I like eggs. But only certain kinds. Well, just scrambled. My favorite scrambled eggs is the one my grandma makes because it's flat and thin and she lets me put a lot of salt on it.

Found out from this website that National Egg Day was started in 1921 to celebrate the opening of a new highway in Washington D.C. that was mostly going to be used to transport eggs and poultry.

I also found the American Egg Board website. It was actually pretty interesting. They have a section called Eggs 101 that had videos about where eggs come from.

It talked about how the hens are taken care of.

It showed how the eggs were cleaned and checked.

It showed how the eggs are packed up to be shipped. I love this machine. It spins around the tower of eggs, wrapping it with shrink wrap.
The website even had a cooking section. It had basic and advance recipes.

The chef also had as really interesting video about the parts of an egg. I didn't realize it had so many parts.
