I love pepperoni pizza. It's the only kind of pizza I will eat. I especially like the pepperoni. I could actually just eat pepperoni.
This is the way I like my pepperoni pizza. Thin crust, a decent amount of sauce, just a little bit of cheese and A LOT of pepperoni. I don't think I have a favorite place I like to get pizza from. We order from Dominos, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut. We eat at California Pizza Kitchen and Brick Oven Pizza sometimes. We even make Tombstone pizzas at home.
According to NationalDayCalendar.com, the first pizza was created in 1889 in Italy. The pizza maker wanted to make something in honor of the Queen of Italy, Margherita of Savoy. He named it Pizza Margherita and it had tomatoes, basil and mozzarella which had the colors of the Italian flag.
