In my Japanese class today, we worked on translating a song called Tegami - Haikei Juugo no Kimi e (A Letter - To My 15 Year Old Self).

The beginning of the song is a 15 year old writing to their older self because they feel like they can't talk to anyone. The person writes about how sad they are.
The next part of the song is the person writing back when they're older. Here's my favorite line.
Right now don’t give up, don’t cry. When you feel like you’ll disappear
Listen to your own voice and keep moving forward
The video below is the whole song with an English translation. Here's a website that also has the English translation. (Cool fact: The singer Angela Aki went to school in Hawaii when she was a teenager.)
I think this would be a cool project to do. What would I write to my future self?
